BIOGRAPHY

Emerging from the Midwest, Andrew Wells is a Chinese-born rapper and producer. Wells began producing and releasing beats via SoundCloud and YouTube at 14, influenced by artists such as Kanye West, Rich Brian, Giveon, Conway the Machine, and Drake.

His debut mixtape, Thank God I'm Here, arrived in early 2022. It became a hit and pushed the young rapper into the mainstream consciousness of Chinese listeners, racking up tens of thousands of streams within weeks, and eventually led to him collaborating with other hot names in the Chinese rap scene.

The same year, he released singles like Visions and WEIRD that continue to gravitate people’s attention toward the ups and downs of international artists.

In November 2022, Wells announces the making of HORIZONS—the second collection of his narrative that seeks to take the celebration of international identity even further.

With the help of fellow creative director Anthony Ngo, on March 24, 2023, Wells' highly anticipated first full-length studio album, HORIZONS was released. The album features several emerging artists from all around the world such as Statz, Oliver Walker, and bd (formerly known as quiohte)
